Robert M. Turner
Bob is a former Partner with Accenture, serving for fifteen years as a consultant for over a dozen Fortune 500 companies. He has led projects and organizations of up to 250 people in numerous industries such as Aerospace, Communications, High Tech, Utilities and Government. Bob has guided a variety of large, enterprise-wide programs for C-level executives.
At Accenture, Bob also acted as an internal trainer for core leadership courses for consultants.
He served as People Advocate on the Great Place to Work Council for North America, driving initiatives designed to increase employee morale and satisfaction. As an internal Quality Assurance director, he coached large projects to deliver successful business results by employing best practices and standard methodologies. Bob has been a popular speaker for university students, presenting on topics dealing with consulting, mentoring and project leadership.
Bob has successfully launched and run his own online business. He also serves on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations in Western Washington. Bob lends his leadership in the community as a Youth Minister, youth sports team coach, and high school wrestling official.
Bob has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
During his six years of service as an officer and helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army, he completed duty assignments in America, Asia, Central America and the Caribbean.
