About the MILL Institute

The MILL Institute is not your ordinary consulting group.  We are dedicated to the betterment of the personal lives and organizations of our clients by mining the timeless wisdom of the great philosophical and spiritual traditions of the world, and incorporating these insights into our services and presentations. 

We are convinced that contemporary organizational and personnel issues will be better addressed by integrating the latest research of today's leading thinkers with the timeless wisdom of the heritage of humanity's great traditions.

The MILL Institute was estabshed in 1998 by Dr. Thomas Curran as an effort to serve individuals in the effort to define and live their philosophy of life in order to achieve the unique greatness that is within their grasp. Coaching, Keynote speaking and ongoing formation services were part of that initial set of services.

In late 2001, the MILL Institute began to explore how it could extend those same services and insights to organizations worldwide. Since then, MILL Institute clients have included organizations seeking to establish an ethical culture, to form it's leaders in that culture and ultimately to unify it's employees around living that culture.
