From Compliance to Magnificence: Living an Ethical Life and Forming an Ethical Culture in the Workplace

This presentation examines the concept of "business ethics" by taking a critical look at the limits of "compliance" approaches to personal and corporate ethics and identifying the strengths of forming an ethical culture in the workplace.  We explore four stumbling blocks to the formation of an ethical culture and show how to turn them into stepping stones.  Along the way, we help participants discover a path to living out their own highest ethical ideals and help executives understand how to take the lead role in forming an ethical culture in their organizations.
